Dust tank clogging
If the air flow is reduced, the suction paths are blocked or the container is overfilled, the vacuum
cleaner will automatically switch off for safety reasons. The display will show (3).
Turbo brush clogged with dust
If the turbo brush speed is reduced due to dust being trapped, it will automatically switch off for
safety reasons, while the vacuum cleaner will remain switched on. The display will show (2).
EMPTYING THE DUST TANK
For hygiene reasons, we recommend emptying the dust tank and cleaning the filters after each
cleaning. To empty the dust tank, press the lid release button and empty its contents into the waste
bin.
CLEANING THE BRUSH
After each vacuuming, visually check whether there is any dust on the brushes. Remove, for example,
hair or animal hair that has caught on the turbo brush. For easier cleaning, remove the turbo brush
from the cleaning head, on the bottom of the head, move the button in the direction of the arrow,
slightly turn the side cover to the "unlocked" position according to the symbol shown and remove the
brush. After cleaning, insert the turbo brush back into the cleaning head in the reverse order.
CLEANING THE FILTERS IN THE DUST TANK
Turn off the vacuum cleaner. Press the release buttons on the dust tank on the vacuum cleaner
and remove it by tilting it slightly away from the body of the vacuum cleaner.
Remove the inlet HEPA filter by turning it slightly clockwise from the cyclone filter body.
For rough cleaning, first gently tap the dust from the filter into a waste bin.
Pull the cyclone filter out of the dust tank.
Both filters can be rinsed under lukewarm running water. Allow the filters to dry thoroughly before
reusing.
Put both filters back in their original place, place the cyclone filter correctly in the cutout of the
container. Place the HEPA filter back in the correct position using the three locks and secure by
turning it counterclockwise. Put the dust tank back in place.
In case of heavy dust or poor vacuum cleaner performance, replace it with a new one.
We recommend replacing the HEPA filter once every 6 months.
CLEANING THE OUTLET HEPA FILTER
Turn the filter clockwise and remove it from the vacuum cleaner.
For rough cleaning, first gently tap the dust from the filter into a waste bin.
The filter can be rinsed under lukewarm running water. Allow the filter to dry thoroughly before
reusing.
Place the filter back in its original position and secure by turning it counterclockwise.
In case of heavy dust or poor vacuum cleaner performance, replace it with a new one. We
recommend replacing the HEPA filter once every 6 months.
