MANAGE THE VOLUME

Use the

or buttons to adjust the volume of your selected

sound�

SELECT A DURATION

You can choose how long to play one of the sounds, one of the

light programs (sunset, cardiac coherence, mood light, night

light) or to combine sounds and lights� Preset programmes

lasting 15, 30 or 60 minutes are available� Press

to choose the

programme length of your choice� A white circular arc indicates

the length of your selected programme� The 15-30-60 min time

can be activated at any time, but it is advisable to select one of

the functions before selecting the program time� When the programme finishes,

the product switches off automatically (sound and light)�
