display is

The unit is faulty You can try to test the unit by
holding the probe in your hand:
Dampen your hand with water
and a little table salt. Squeeze
theprobermlyandmakesure
yourskiniscoveringthemetal
parts of the probe and carefully
increase strength until you can feel
something. Most people will start to
feel the stimulation in their hand at
around 25 mA.
Ifthedisplayashesandtheunit
will not allow you to pass 20 mA.
The unit is faulty.
Intensity
setting
returns to
0mA.
There is an open
circuit leading
to a connection
error.
The iTouch Go wireless probe is
unabletoprovidetreatmentdue
to poor/no connection. Ensure the
positioning of the probe is correct.
No
sensation
on one
side of the
probe
Position is not
optimal and
needs adjusting.
Thecurrentowsfromoneside
of the probe to the other, so it is
notpossibletohaveoneside“not
working”.However,thestrength
of the sensation depends on how
closetothenervethecurrentows,
andinwhichdirectionitows
relativetothenerve.Youcantry
slightly adjusting the position of
the probe.
Sudden
change in
sensation
If you disconnect
and re-connect
a few minutes
later, the signal
will feel quite a
lot stronger.
Always return strength to zero after
disconnecting the probe.
