1) The scales are detecting another key
than the one pressed by your finger.
È Make sure:
– you are pressing the key with just one
finger
– you are not resting on the platform
– you are not holding it pinched
– the scales are placed properly on the
floor.
Or
2) You have not pressed the key long
enough.
È Keep your finger pressed on the key for
2 seconds.
