Projector not
responding to
remote control
• Ensure the remote control batteries are
installed correctly; replace if needed.
• Operate the remote within the effective range
and angle of the IR sensor.
• Note: The projector may not respond to
remote commands while it is warming up or
shutting down.
Projector has
overheated and
turned off
Leave the projector off and allow it to cool down
for at least 5 minutes.
• Ensure that the vents and air filter are not
clogged with dust or obstructed by nearby
objects.
• If the issue persists, unplug the projector and
wait for 5 minutes before restarting it.
HDMI
connection
problem
• Make sure HDMI is selected as the input
source on the projector.
• Confirm the HDMI cable is securely connected
to both the projector and the device.
• Try removing and reconnecting the projector’s
power adapter.
