before switching on the appliance,

• This appliance can be used by

lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by
children without supervision.
This appliance has a
detachable supply unit.

• WARNING: For the purposes of
recharging the battery, only use the
detachable supply unit provided with
this appliance.
• WARNING: There is a risk of
entrapment on the hand-held
accessory with rotating parts.
• Make sure that the appliance is
switched off and the plug is removed
from the socket outlet before cleaning
or maintaining the appliance.
• This appliance is for household use
only, not professional or industrial use.
For indoor use only.
• This appliance contains batteries that are intended to be
replaced by the user.
• The type of the battery is SV807B for the model
HVCA7228B (Homeland Ideal Touch).
• Do not use any other type of battery. Using a different
battery can cause a risk of explosion or re.
• Non rechargeable-batteries shall not be recharged.
• See instructions on how to remove and insert the
batteries and for charging the battery at the instructions
manual.
• WARNING: The appliance must be disconnected from the
mains when inserting / removing the batteries.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Avoid overcharge the battery, as it could cause
overheating and it can cause risk of explosion or re.
• Avoid complete discharge of the battery. Remove the
battery from the appliance if you are not going to use it
for some time. If the battery is left in the device for too
long when it’s not used, there is risk of leakage. If that
happens avoid any contact with the liquid as it can cause
chemical burns, if contact accidentally occurs, ush with
water, if liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical
help.
• Ensure that the voltage indicated on the charger rating
label matches the mains voltage before plugging in the
charger.
• The charger’s plug must t correctly into the mains
socket. Do not alter the plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
• Do not pull on the interconnection cord. Never use the
supply cord to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance.
