CONNECTION AND OPERATION

Attention! The built-in battery must be charged completely prior to the application.

Speaker system battery charging

• Connect speaker system to a USB port of PC or USB charger using USB to USB type-C cable

(included).

• The battery is used in the speaker system as an integral part ofthe device, therefore do not try

to extract or replace it, because this can result in the warranty cancellation or the device damage.

OPERATION MODES

Bluetooth mode

• Wireless data transfer via the Bluetooth protocol enables to connect speaker system to compat-

ible devices. Maximum radius of action of data transfer is 10 m. Such obstacles as walls orother

electronic devices can interfere with the signal transfer.

• Turn on the speakers in Bluetooth mode.

• It is necessary to select the search mode of devices with Bluetooth on a signal source (tele-

phone, notebook, smartphone, etc.). “SVEN PS-395” message will be displayed on the screen

which is to be connected to*.

• When connection is successful, there will be a short beep**.

Player mode

Attention! The le system of a USB ash carrier is FAT32. Maximum volume is 32 GB.

• Insert the USB ash carrier into appropriate slot. If the speaker system is in turned onposi-

tion, the playback will start automatically. Playback/Pause modes are switched over withthehelp

ofthe button f. Tracks can be controlled by buttons d (previous track) ande (next track).

The use in the wired mode (AUX)

• Speaker system can be used as an external device for amplifying any audio source witha3.5mm

output mini-jack. To do this, connect a cable 3.5 mini-jack — 3.5 mini-jack totheaudio output AUX a.

Connecting an additional speaker

For model “SVEN PS-395” you can connect an additional speaker (Bluetooth mode only):

• Turn on both speakers (long press button j) and select Bluetooth mode.

• On both of the speakers, press and hold the button i. The speakers will connect with each other.

• Then connect the speaker to the signal source (see speaker connection via Bluetooth).

Note. At the subsequent inclusion of both speakers, they will be connected automatically.

* You might have to enter “0000” code to connect some models of devices via Bluetooth.

** If the item has been already registered in the device list of a source, then the second search

mode activation is not obligatory. Choose the item name “SVEN PS-395” and the “connect” com-

mand onthe source
