Warranty conditions of SVAN TRADING, S.L. (hereinafter, SVAN), with CIF B73737553 and
registered office at Avenida Hornos Altos, s/n, C.P. 46520, Sagunto (Valencia)

SVAN guarantees its products for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. If
during the three-year warranty period, any defect in the product appears due to manufacturing
or defective materials, SVAN will be responsible for repairing or replacing the product with an
identical one or an alternative product of similar price, provided that it is possible and that the
product has been purchased and is operational in Spain.
To make use of the product purchase warranty, the consumer must contact the Technical
Service authorized by SVAN, through the telephone number or email that can be found on the
website www.svanelectro.com/servicio-al-cliente/. Likewise, the presentation of proof of
purchase is essential.
Warranty Exclusions
1. It does not cover those products and/or parts of products that are subject to wear and tear,
which may be considered consumable parts by their nature.
2. If the defect is due to damage caused by faulty installation (e.g. the manufacturer's
instructions for use, installation or assembly have not been followed) or by location or
installation in incorrect environmental conditions or an unsuitable environment.
3. Product damaged due to misuse, failure to follow the operating and handling instructions
supplied with the appliance, or contact with unsuitable substances, such as chemicals or
corrosive substances.
4. Improper use of the device, giving it a professional or commercial use.
5. Defects caused by external influences, such as damage caused during transport not
attributable to the manufacturer, damage caused by impacts or shocks, damage caused by
electrical overloads, fire, weather conditions, ingress of water, dust or insects and calcification.
6. Carrying out repairs and modifications by persons not trained for these tasks by SVAN or
unauthorized technical services.
