Warranty Exclusions
7. Use of non-original SVAN replacement parts or accessories not authorized by SVAN.
8. Devices that do not have the serial number identified or that have been altered or erased.
9. Damage caused by physical breakage, such as casings, plastics, paints, enamels, glass,
trim, rubber and controls.
10. Failure to carry out maintenance and cleaning work in accordance with the instructions
for use and care of the appliance.
This guarantee is the legal guarantee established by the consolidated text of the General Law
for the Defense of Consumers and Users, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of
November 16, and modified by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, of April 27.
In the event that the fault cannot be covered by the purchase guarantee, the customer will be
informed by means of a budget that can be accepted or rejected. In the event of rejection, the
equipment will be returned or left unrepaired, without charge for labour and parts for the
customer, but the customer will have to pay the corresponding charge for preparing the
budget according to the current rate.
Repair guarantee
Repairs carried out within the Purchase Guarantee period will be guaranteed for 12 months,
covering anomalies related to the repair carried out or caused by it.
The terms of this warranty, including the restrictions provided for in the previous paragraph, do
not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with the provisions of the
aforementioned Law. The consumer has the right to make a claim against the seller and, in
certain cases, against the manufacturer for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of
delivery of the goods, within the time periods and under the conditions established therein.
