There is a sealing gasket between the flange cover and the dehydrating breather.
When tightening the bolts, make sure that the height of the gasket shrinks by 1/4.

Step 3 Remove the oil cup from the dehydrating breather.
Step 4 Fill transformer oil into the oil cup. Then, fit the oil cup back to the dehydrating breather.
