Pro Tip: For best results, set your router to use Dynam ic Host Configuration
Protocol (DHCP). This way, the router autom atically provides the TV with an IP
address, subnet m ask, gateway, and DNS, so you don’t have to enter them
m anually. You m ay want to add a router reservation for the TV for reliable
IP control.
Caution: When using the LAN port for IP control, connect the cable to the network
router or switch before connecting it to the TV's LAN port.
Other options
Add a Hidden Wireless Network: If your wireless network does not broadcast its SSID,
this com m and allows you to enter your network’s nam e, security m ode, and password.
Connecting via WPS PBC and WPS PIN are also available.
IP Control
Your TV supports IP control through the local area network (LAN). The TV can accept
valid com m ands issued by another device in the sam e network through the predefined
network interface and com m and form at, such as shutdown, volum e up / volum e down,
switch channels, etc.
Control4 OSCom patibility
This driver is designed to work seam lessly with Control4 OS 3.4.2 and later, ensuring
optim al perform ance and reliability.
Turn on the TV to ensure that the SDDP is broadcast from the TV to the network before
adding to the Control4 project in com poser.
