TROUBLESHOOTING
You can solve many common problems easily, possibly saving you the cost of a service call. Try the
suggestions below to see if you can solve the problem before calling the servicer.
PROBLEM

The
BeautiFridge®
does not
operate
The BeautiFridge® is not connected
to a power source
The BeautiFridge® is turned off
A triple circuit breaker or blown fuse
Connect the BeautiFridge® to a power
source
Turn on the BeautiFridge®
Turn the circuit breaker on or replace
the fuse
The
BeautiFridge® is
not cold enough
The temperature is not set correctly
The drawer is opened too often
The drawer was not closed completely
The drawer is not hermetically sealed
The condenser is too dirty
The ventilation opening is blocked or
is too dusty
Check the set temperature. The ambient
temperature could require a lower
temperature setting, set a lower
temperature
Do not open the drawer more often
than necessary
Close the drawer properly
Check the seal and clean or replace it
Clean the condenser, when necessary
Clear any obstructions and wipe off the dust.
The BeautiFridge®
turns itself on and
off frequently
The ambient room temperature is
higher than average
The drawer is opened too often
The drawer is not closed completely
The drawer gasket does not seal
properly
Place the BeautiFridge® in a location
with a cooler ambient temperature
Leave the BeautiFridge® to work until
the set temperature has been reached
Do not open the drawer more often
than necessary
Close the drawer properly
Check the drawer seal and clean it
or replace it.
The light does
not work
The BeautiFridge® is not connected
to a power supply
A tripped circuit breaker or a blown
fuse.
The light is switched off on the
control panel
Connect the BeautiFridge®

The gasket is dirty
The baskets or bins are out of position
Level the BeautiFridge® with the adjustable
feet
Clean the drawer gaskets
Check the baskets and bins and refit
them correctly.
Display “LL,” “EE”
“LL” indicates the temperature sensor
open circuit
“EE” indicates the temperature
sensor short circuit
Call for service.
