Product Placement
Product can be placed on decking. Proper airow is critical to maintaining proper product temperature. Product should
not be placed on air grills inside of the case and have at least 1 inch of clearance between product and discharge.
See merchandising illustration below. Case must be loaded with prechilled product and kept at capacity for proper
function.
