CONDITION TROUBLESHOOTING

Head Pressure Too High

Check that the Condensing Coil is not dirty or covered.

Check that Condensing Fans are working.

Check that the refrigeration system is not overcharged.

Check that case is free of non-condensables.

Check that the Liquid Line Drier Filter is not plugged.

Check Set Point temperature; it may be adjusted too high.

Check System Operating temperatures.

Check that Store Ambient temperature isn’t above maximum

allowed. See Overview and Warnings Section.

Head Pressure Too Low

Check that Refrigerant Charge isn’t too low.

Check that Suction Pressure isn’t too low.

Check to verify that Compressor Valves aren’t faulty.
