STEAM ASSISTED
CLEANING
Use hot steam to help gently soften
grease & residue in your oven
by simply pouring 200ml of cold
water and a very small amount of
washing-up liquid into the circular
indent at the bottom of the oven.
Select the base heat function and
the oven temperature 120°C for 20
minutes.
After this time the whole oven will
be coated with steam and when
cooled slightly, it will be easier to
wipe o food residue & grease with
a damp sponge.
CAUTION
Do not use the fan
oven function when steam
cleaning as this can
draw moisture into your
appliance.
CAUTION
Ensure the oven has
cooled before wiping it
with a sponge.
