ABOUT THE INDUCTION
HOB (ROTARY
CONTROLS)
The induction hob provides
the most energy ecient hob
technology available.
The induction system provides
superior heat up and cool down
times for pans- you get fast, precise,
repeatable power control.
As induction only heats up the
pan, there is no lost heat from
the cooking process, which in turn,
limits the heat generated in the
kitchen.
TURNING ON THE INDUCTION HOB
WITH ROTARY CONTROLS
• To power up the induction cook
zones you need to press and hold
the power key on the induction
hob until it lights up.
• Power On/ O for the induction
hob.
• Once powered up you can then
use your rotary controls to
operate the cook zones.
Activating/ adjusting a cook zone
• Rotate the control knob to
the desired power level for an
individual cooking zone.
Turning o individual cooking zones
• Rotate the control knob to the o
position to turn o an individual
cooking zone.
Power Boost
The power boost is a function that
temporarily boosts the power to a
cooking zone.
