OVENS
When using the top oven or main
oven, the white thermostat indicator
light will come on until the selected
temperature is reached.
When the Top oven/grill or grill
is switched on, the cooling fans
come on to keep the fascia and
control knobs cool during cooking/
grilling. The cooling fans may
operate when the main ovens are in
use depending on the temperature
setting. The fans may continue to
operate for a period after the oven/
grill has been switched o. During
use the fan may cycle on and o,
this is normal.
IMPORTANT
Never put items directly
on top of the base of
the oven, or cover the
oven base with foil, as this
may cause the element to
overheat. Always position
items on the shelf.
NOTE
The main oven will not
operate if the programmer
is set to Auto, see Clock/
Programmer section for
more information.
NOTE
The cooling fan may
run for around 1 hour
after use. This is normal
to ensure the exterior
parts of the cooker fully
cool down and because
the oven cavity is very
well-insulated to prevent
heat escaping during the
cooking process. Please
do not switch the cooker
o at the wall before the
cooling fan has stopped
completely.
