Installation

►

Check

that

the

rolling

ring

seal

is

positioned

correctly

on

the

bypass

closure.

The

rolling

ring

seal

must

be

seated

in

the

inner

guide

groove

of

the

bypass

closure.

►

Insert

the

bypass

closure

on

the

opposite

side

of

the

appli¬

ance.

When

pushing

the

bypass

closure

in,

the

rolling

ring

seal

moves

into

the

outer

guide

groove.

►

Ensure

that

the

rolling

ring

seal

is

not

crooked.

If

the

outer

guide

groove

is

still

visible,

the

bypass

closure

has

not

been

inserted

deep

enough.

►

Slide

the

sliding

bearing

into

the

opening

provided

for

it

in

the

EPS

body.

►

Fit

the

bypass

damper.

►

Position

a

kingpin

front

and

back

in

the

recess

of

the

bypass

damper

and

click

the

kingpin

into

place

by

sliding

it

side¬

ways.

►

Connect

the

cable

to

the

bypass

motor.

►

Slide

the

bypass

motor

into

the

opening

provided

for

it

in

the

EPS

body.

►

Press

the

cable

into

the

cable

duct

in

the

EPS

body.

Fitting

the

programming

unit

from

the

appliance

to

the

wall

(optional)

If

the

air

quality

in

specific

zones

or

rooms

is

intended

to

affect

the

operation

of

the

ventilation

unit,

install

the

programming

unit

in

these

rooms

and

activate

the

environment

sensor.

The

length

of

the

bus

cable

between

the

programming

unit

and

ventilation

unit

must

not

exceed

20

m.
