The displayed system configuration is a schematic circuit dia-
gram. The user must ensure that the selected meter constella-
tion enables economical utilisation of EMTrend.
u Make sure that the heat pump and the photovoltaic system
are connected downstream of the same bidirectional meter
at the mains connection in your building. The photovoltaic
system must be configured for self-consumption. The heat
pump can consume photovoltaic power directly.
NOTICE
Please note
The EM Meter must be able to measure power both
drawn from and exported to the mains. The photovol-
taic system and the household must be "above" the
installation location, see WPM and LWZ schematic
diagrams.
u Install the EMMeter in the meter cabinet on a top-hat rail
electrically downstream of the billing meter and upstream
of the domestic and photovoltaic system; see the above fig-
ures of the system configuration.
u Affix the additional type plate supplied for the EMMeter to
the door of the meter cabinet or store it in a safe place.
u Connect the EMMeter and ISG via LAN cable to the cus-
tomer's internet router.
Instead of the EMMeter, it is also possible, in the local network,
to access measurement data supplied by the SOLARWATT Man-
ager flex via compatible current sensors. Observe the document-
ation for SOLARWATT Manager flex.
5 Commissioning
ü All components have been connected.
u Log into the SERVICEWELT portal.
After logging into the SERVICEWELT portal, you can open the or-
der form on our website and request the EMTrend software ex-
tension. The order form can be found in the "Service/ Down-
loads" area (order form ISG | software extension EM Trend /
EMI/ KNXIP).
The purchase price must be paid within 14 days of invoicing.
The software extension is installed on the ISG via the internet
once payment is received, generally within 7 days. You will be
notified by email when the software has been installed success-
fully.
Once the software extension has been installed, a new area with
information about EM Trend is displayed on the start page of
SERVICEWELT (see chapter "
Information displays [} 13]
"). The
diagram area has the additional "Energy management status"
and "Increase in self-consumption in kWh" fields.
5.1 Connecting an electricity meter with ISG
Internet Service Gateway
u Open the menu "Profile"/ "External connections: STE EM
Meter").
u Start a search for the electricity meter in the local network
("Device search"). The search process may take a few
seconds.
ð The hit list contains the devices found, with name, serial
number and IP address.
u Select the preferred device.
u Click on "Connect".
u Confirm the connection prompt.
