3) Put the bottom plate on a stable place, install the column in the hole of the bottom plate, and tighten
it with a wrench to prevent shaking.
4) Slide the small-hole cross-fixing frame onto the vertical pole and tighten it at the bottom. Screw the
large-hole cross-fixing frame onto the pole and install the universal clamp on the lower cross-fixing
frame, tightening it securely. Insert the rod into the upper cross-fixing frame and tighten it.
5) One hand holds the main shaft of the stirring paddle, while holding the lower part of the chuck and
turning the upper part of the chuck with one hand, it will automatically get stuck during rotation.
6) Insert the stirring rod into the drill chuck and slowly tighten it to ensure proper alignment and prevent
off-center positioning.
7) Plug the power cord into the power socket, connect the power source to the back of the instrument,
and the whole machine is installed.
Operation
1. Basic version
1) Operation interface
Knob: Long press to turn the instrument on or off. A short press controls the start, pause, and
speed adjustment. Rotate clockwise to increase the speed and counterclockwise to decrease it.
2) Operation instructions
Place the sample container on the bottom plate. Loosen the motor's cross-fixing frame and
adjust the motor's height so the stirring blade extends into the container, ensuring the blade is
approximately 1 cm from the bottom. Tighten the motor's fixing frame and adjust the
container's position to centre the stirring paddle, securing it with the universal clamp.
Press and hold the knob to power on the device. Turn the knob clockwise to increase the speed
or counterclockwise to decrease it.
Press the knob to start the operation, and the speed will gradually increase. To pause, press the
knob again, and press it once more to resume.
Once the stirring is complete, press the knob to stop the operation, or press and hold the knob
to turn off the device. Wait for the stirring blade to stop before removing the sample.
