b) Ensure the magnetic stir bar is centred at the bottom of the container.
c) Short press the left knob briefly to make the time "SET" flash, then rotate the left knob to adjust the
timing. If set to "00:00," the instrument will operate continuously in the forward timing mode. The "SET"
flash will stop automatically after three seconds of inactivity.
d) Short press the right knob briefly to make the speed "SET" flash, then rotate the right knob to adjust the
speed. During operation, short press the right knob to adjust the speed in real-time.
e) Press the "Switch" button to change the running direction of the stir bar. You can also short press the
"Switch" button during operation to reverse the direction in real-time.
f) Short press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the operation according to the set parameters. Press it again
to stop the operation.
4. Program control function
a) Short press “Prog” to enter the program control mode. Short press "Prog" again to move to the next
program setting. Up to 6 program sequences, labelled "P1-P6," can be set, with "P1" displayed by default.
b) Short press the left knob to make the time "set" flash, then rotate the left knob to adjust the time. If the
time is set to 00:00, the program will run continuously.
c) Short press the right knob to make the speed "set" flash, then rotate the right knob to adjust the desired
speed.
d) Short press the "Switch" button to change the running direction of the stirrer in program-controlled mode.
e) After completing the settings for all 6 program sections, press the "Start/Stop" button to begin the
operation according to the set program. Press the button again to stop the operation.
Operation environment
1. For indoor use only.
2. Maximum operating altitude: ≤2000m.
3. The instrument is designed to operate within an ambient temperature range of +5℃ to +40℃.
4. The allowable humidity for the instrument's environment is ≤80%.
5. Ensure the surroundings have no vibration and airflow that could affect performance.
6. The air around the instrument must be free from conductive dust, explosive gases, or corrosive gases.
7. Maintain a safety clearance of at least 10 cm in front and behind the instrument during operation.
8. Suitable stir bar sizes range from 20mm to 40mm.
1. The workspace should be kept clean and dry.
2. Place the product on a flat, stable, flame-retardant surface with adequate friction.
3. Position the workbench in an area with minimal vibration.
