2) After mounting, the hook of the pulley should hang vertically and the hook of the
ascender should be hooked into the specially prepared holder [6] at the bottom of
the machine.
Directions for use
1) Remove the safety tape from the cable drum before first use.
2) The user should lift the load from the ground at the minimum speed available for
the ascender. The cable should be tensioned before lifting the load from the
ground to avoid jerking.
3) The electric motor of the winch is protected by a thermostatic switch. The
machine can stop during operation and will only be ready for use again once it has
cooled down.
4) The machine has no overload sensor. If the machine is not able to lift the load, it
means that the load has exceeded the maximum capacity of the winch and the
lifting attempts must be stopped and the motor allowed to cool down before
working on another load.
5) Do not use limit switches as routine termination points for ascender operation.
They are emergency devices only.
6) Make sure cable is properly wound on drum before proceeding.
