1. The red flashing LED on the printer signifies that the printer is in standby mode, not an error.
2. Thermal paper rolls with a width of 55 cm are commonly used consumables and can be replenished based
on size once depleted.
Two Methods of weighing
1. Method one:
1) Weighing:
1. Turn on the scale and reset it to zero (e.g., 0.000 or 0.00).
2. Place the item on the scale (e.g., 0.470).
3. Enter the unit price (e.g., 2.60).
4. The display will show the total amount (e.g., 1.22).
Example:
Weight: 0.470
Unit Price: 2.60
Total Amount: 1.22
2) Adding items (if weighing only one product, skip this step):
1. Press [ADD], and the display will show "Add 01 1.22" and print the amount.
2. Place the next item on the scale (e.g., 0.065) and press [ADD].
3. The display will show "Add 02 1.57" with the updated total.
Example:
Weight: 0.065
Unit Price: 5.4
Total Amount: 1.57
3) Using buttons A, B, C, D to allow weighing for up to 4 customers at once:
1. Place customer A’s items on the scale and enter the unit price, then press A+.
2. If customer A needs to add more items later, leave the current total on hold.
3. Place customer B’s items on the scale, enter the unit price, and press B+.
4. When customer A returns, place their new items on the scale, enter the unit price, and press A+ again.
5. Press to print the receipt for customer A with the total amount.
6. Repeat for customer B by pressing B+, then for their receipt.
Note:
• You can add up to 20 items across all customers (A, B, C, D), with a maximum total of 9999.99.
4) Cash payment:
1. Press , and the display will show "Add 02-F 0.00".
2. Enter the payment amount (e.g., 5.00). The display will show the amount paid.
Example:
Input Amount: 5.00
Display: "Add 02-F 5.00"
Note: If the entered amount is incorrect, press again to restart.
5) Charge:
1. Press , and the display will show "Add 02-F 3.43".
2. The cash drawer will open, indicating the change amount.
6) Print receipt:
1. Press , and the display will show "Add 02-P 3.43" for 5 seconds.
2. The following information will print on the receipt:
