Troubleshoong
Problem: Cause: Soluon:
The heat pump does not switch on. The heat pump was installed
incorrectly.
Contact an authorized specialist.
The fuse of the protecve device
in the mains cable has blown or
an all-pole protecve device has
blown.
Reset the switch.
Replace the fuse.
The heat pump does not start. The three minutes required to
start the heat pump have not

Increase the set temperature in
cooling operang mode.
Carefully clean the ns of the heat
exchanger to remove any dirt.
