Mount the Power Strip to a Surface (Temporary Mounting Only)

1. Locate a suitable surface to mount the Power Strip.

Note: The surface structure should be capable of supporting at least four times the

weight of the mounted equipment.

2. Position the included Mounting Template onto the surface in the desired mounting

location, and tape it into place using Painters Tape.

4. Peel o the Painter’s Tape and remove the Mounting Template from the surface to

expose the newly created mounting holes. Use a Phillips® Head Screwdriver to secure

one of the provided Mounting Screws into each of the Mounting holes.

Note: When securing the Mounting Screws into the surface, ensure that the

2.4mm spacer portion of each screw is left exposed.

3. Using a Drill with a 9/64 in. Drill-Bit, carefully create pilot holes by drilling through

the Mounting Template and into the surface at each of the mounting hole locations

identied on the template.

5. Position the Key-Hole Mounting Points, located on the Power Strip, over the

newly secured Mounting Screws, and slide the 4-Outlet Power Strip downward.

The Power Strip is now mounted to a surface.

Caution: The mounting feature on this Power Strip is intended for temporary

installation only.

Isolated Filter Banks

The outlets on this Power Strip are arranged in isolated lter banks (2-outlets per

bank). Isolated lter banks prevent EMI and RFI noise from interacting between

equipment that’s connected to separate banks, providing additional protection.
