4.11 CHANGING FILTER FOR DUST CLASS H MACHINE
WARNING
The dust that has been collected should be transported in dust-
proof containers. No re lling is permitted. The waste containing
hazardous dust is to be disposed off according to the rules and
regulations for waste disposal.
Do not reuse the main lter element after it has been removed from
the appliance
Remove the lter disc rst with a screw driver as on Fig. 16 and
then twist to remove. Take out the the cartridge lter. On removing
the cartridge lter, cover the same immediately with an enclosed
bag and close it. Dispose off the used cartrdige lter in a dust-tight
bag according to the statutory provisions.
Remove the dirt that has accumulated on the pure air side. Insert
new cartridge lter. During placement, make sure that the cartridge
lter rests against all sides. Insert lter discs and x it with screw. Fig. 16
5 Filter Cleaning
The machine can optionally be equipped with a semi automatic lter cleaning system or fully automatic lter cleaning system
5.1 MANUAL FILTER CLEANING (ONLY FOR DUST CLASS L AND M)
When sucking ne dust the lter will eventually get clogged and suction will go down. The lter therefore needs to be cleaned to restore
suction. If the machine is not equipped with semi- or fully automatic lter cleaning system (see next chapters), the lter can be cleaned in
the following manual way. Turn the knob (A) and remove the knob from the lter disc (B). Remove the lter (C). Clean the lter under cold
water (D). Let is dry (E) until completely dry. Install backwards by adding lter (F). Fixing the lter disc (G) and securing it with the knob (H).

5.2 SEMI AUTOMATIC FILTER CLEANING (OPTIONAL)
When the machine is equipped with the semi automatic lter cleaning system,
the lter can be cleaned by closing the inlet of the handtube (A). However,
rst turn the machine to max. power if equipped with power control (see gure 10).
Close the inlet which can be done with your hand or the receptable/hole in the
machine (B) can be used. After closing the inlet wait 2-3 seconds until the maximum
underpressure has been built up. Press the lter cleaning button (C) 5 times fast after
each other. This action will clean the lter and restore suction performance
