INSTALLATION
Input cable connection
Each machine is supplied with a power cable, which must be connected to the
appropriate voltage class, matching the input voltage of the cutting machine.
Connecting a machine designed for 230V to an AC 380V supply will damage the
internal components.
• Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the power switch and protected
against oxidation.
• Verify that the power voltage is within the acceptable range.
Output cable connection
• Secure the high-pressure rubber tube to the copper connector for the air supply.
• Attach the copper screw of the torch to the electrification terminal, tightening it
clockwise to avoid gas leaks.
• Connect the grounding cable to the positive terminal on the front panel.
• Attach the air plug of the torch to the switch connector on the panel. For arc-
supporting cutters, connect the arc-supporting cable of the torch to the appropriate
terminal.
Pre-operation checks
• Confirm that the machine is properly grounded.
• Check that all connectors are securely fastened.
• Verify that the power voltage is correct.
Operation
1. Switch the power on. The power switch indicator will light up, and the screen will
display the current.
2. Adjust the gas pressure to an appropriate level and open the air valve.
3. Press the control knob on the torch. The electromagnetic valve will activate, and
the high-frequency (HF) arc-striking sound should be heard, with gas flowing
from the torch.
4. Set the cutting current based on the thickness of the material to be cut.
5. Hold the torch 1mm from the workpiece (for arc-supporting cutters, a larger gap
is required). Press the torch knob to strike the arc, and sparks from HF arc-striking
will diminish as cutting begins.
Important operational notes
Working environment
1. The machine can operate in harsh environments, with a temperature range
between –10°C and +40°C and humidity of up to 80%.
2. Avoid direct sunlight and environments prone to drops of liquid.
