Display H13 Port Options

Port at H13 can be turned
completely off. If turned
off, all options listed
above will be inhibited by
the control.

5. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to select the
desired port option.
NOTE: The Serial Payment Configuration can be dis-
abled, set for serial payment, set for card payment
or set for start pulse. The default is Serial.
NOTE: To go back to the current programmable op-
tion without changing the value press the WARM (<)
keypad.
6. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to increase
or decrease the value of the active digit and the START (en-
ter) keypad to enter the value of the digit and advance to the
next digit.
7. Press the START (enter) keypad with the last active digit. The
new value is saved and the next option will appear in the dis-
play.
Card Enable CardEn
This option works in conjunction with the CArd option under
SErPAy. If CArd is selected to use Serial Card, CardEn should
be turned on. It should be turned off for all other cases.
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to How to Enter the
Manual Mode.
2.
Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog
appears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad and
AtS H will appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until CardEn appears in
the display.
4.
When CardEn appears in the display, press the START (en-
ter) keypad. The current status will appear in the display.
NOTE: The default value is oFF.
5. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to change
the current status.
6. Press the START (enter) keypad when the desired status ap-
pears in the display. The new value is saved and the next op-
tion will appear in the display.
Start Pulse Menu PULSE
Start Pulse Value PLSdEn
This option allows the owner to program the value of the Start
Pulse if used for multiple pulses with an after-market central card
reader or pay system. Card and start pulse will require external
boards to be connected for use to H13.
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to How to Enter the
Manual Mode.
2.
Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog
appears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and
AtS 1 will appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until PULSE appears in the
display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and PLSdEn will
appear in the display.

When PLSdEn appears in the display, press the START (en-
ter) keypad.
NOTE: To go back to the current programmable op-

keypad.

Start Pulse Enable PLS En
This option allows the owner to enable or disable the Start Pulse
feature.
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to How to Enter the
Manual Mode.
2. Press DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog ap-
pears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and
AtS 1 will appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until PULSE appears in the
display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and PLSdEn will
appear in the display.
4. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until PLS En appears in
the display.

When PLS En appears in the display, press the START (enter)
keypad. On or oFF will appear in the display. This value cor-
responds to if the Start Pulse feature is enabled or disabled.
Start Pulse Mode PLSNod
This option allows the owner to program the Start Pulse Input.
The Start Pulse Mode can be used for after-market central pay or
card systems. The central system sends the start pulse to the Start
Pulse Input of the control to start the cycle. If set for single pulse,
one start pulse from the central system will start the cycle. If set
