Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog
appears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and
AtS 1 will appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until dEn 1 appears in the
display.

When dEn 1 appears in the display, press the START (enter)
keypad.
NOTE: To go back to the current programmable op-
tion without changing the value, press the WARM (<)
keypad.
5. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to increase
or decrease the value of the active digit and the START (en-
ter) keypad to enter the value of the digit and advance to the
next digit.
6. Press the START (enter) keypad when the correct value ap-
pears in the display. The new value is saved and the next op-
tion will appear in the display.
Coin 2 Value dEn 2
This option allows the owner to set a specific numerical value for
a coin entered when using the dual coin drop. For example, the
coin value for a dollar coin would be measured in cents (1.00).
Therefore, the coin value entered for one dollar coin would be
00100.
If the Vend Price #1 (option 1) is set for 2.00, and the Coin Value
is set for 00100, the vend price displayed will decrease by 1.00
for each dollar coin entered and 2 coins will need to be entered to
satisfy the vend price.
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to How to Enter the
Manual Mode.

Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog
appears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad, and
AtS 1 will appear in the display.
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until dEn 2 appears in the
display.

When dEn 2 appears in the display, press the START (enter)
keypad.
NOTE: To go back to the current programmable op-
tion without changing the value, press the WARM (<)
keypad.

Serial Payment Configuration SErPAy
This option allows the owner to program how the Port on at con-
nector H13 will operate on the control. There will be four op-
tions available: SEriaL, CArd, S PLSE or oFF. The default
from the factory will be CArd. When one options is selected, the
other options described below are inhibited in the control. .
1. Control must be in Manual Mode. Refer to How to Enter the
Manual Mode.

Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad until Prog
appears in the display. Press the START (enter) keypad and
AtS H will appear in the display
3. Press the DELICATE (∧) or the HOT (∨) keypad to scroll
through the programmable options until SErPAy appears in
the display.
4.
When SErPAy appears in the display, press the START (en-
ter) keypad. There are four programmable options. Refer to
Table 1 .
Display H13 Port Options
SEriaL
H13 is configured to ac-
cept firmware updates via
serial link. Serial Card
operation and Start Pulse
operation are inhibited.
CArd
H13 will be configured to
work with “Serial
Card”. This may be either
a 3
rd
-Party vending de-
vice or Serial FOB reader
available on some Alli-
ance models. If CArd is
the desired option,
CardEn option must also
be enabled or Serial Card
operation will not func-
tion. Serial Firmware Up-
date and Start Pulse oper-
ation are inhibited.
S PLSE
H13 will not perform se-
rial communications at
all. Rather, H13 will ac-
cept Start Pulses from a
pulse-style 3
rd
-party
vending device. All Seri-
al Communication availa-
ble through “Serial” and
“Card” will be inhibited
in the control.
