The online help files that accompany your pre-installed software contain
instructions on using the software.
VAIO-Link website: if you have any problem with your computer, you can access
the VAIO-Link web site (see your Customer Service Guide for the address).
The Sony e-mail support service answers your questions by electronic mail. Just
send your question in an e-mail message and a Customer Service Analyst will send
you a reply with the answer. To send a question to Sony e-mail support, please
refer to the instructions in your Customer Service Guide.
VAIO-Link Response Centre: Before contacting VAIO-Link Response Centre, try
to solve the problem by reading your User Guide (troubleshooting chapter) or the
manuals and helpfiles for the peripherals or software (See your Customer Service
Guide for the phone numbers).
