Exchanging the receiver wax guard
If your hearing aid does not sound loud enough or there is no sound and
cleaning or changing the sleeve did not help, please exchange the wax
guard. For more information on troubleshooting, visit:
sony.net/hearing-c20-support
XTake o the sleeve.
XUse the wax guard changing tool by
screwing its threaded end into the
white filter of the receiver opening.
XRemove the old filter.
XFlip the tool over and insert the new
wax guard into the receiver.
XTilt the changing tool to the side
to release the filter. Dispose the
changing tool after that.
