Check charging status
XConfirm that the hearing aids are in the charger.
Disconnect the charger from the electrical outlet.
XCheck the charging status of the hearing aids and the
charger either
- by opening the lid, or
- by briefly pressing the button.
If the status LED does not light up when you press the button, check the
following:
XThe charger is o. Press and hold the button for 5 seconds to turn on
the charger.
XThe charger’s internal battery is too low to display the status. Connect
the charger to an electrical outlet, wait several minutes and try again.
