Use the step LEDs to
check the recording level.

• Use LINE IN LEVEL to ad-
just the input level.
Start recording

Press again.
It will light and automatical-
ly start recording when a
signal is input.
The step keys show the
recording progress.
When step 16 lights, re-
cording will stop automati-
cally.

Press
and select the
slot to save the sample,
then press the blinking
to save.
• AUTO REC LVL can be set
to OFF or the input signal
level that starts recording
automatically ( − 60 – −
20 dB).
If AUTO REC LVL is OFF,
pressing will start
recording.
• After recording completes,
the volume of the sample
will be normalized auto-
matically.
