MOD assign and number of OSC change when changing structures.
Structures that have mod assigned to HARMONIC have multiple OSC
outputs represented by a "Yin Yang".
The Yang(black) oscillator HARMONIC position is modulated in a positive
direction, and Yin(white) oscillator HARMONIC position is modulated in
negative direction.
