OFF, 1 - 8, INF
Use
VALUE to select
the LFO waveform to use
for modulation.
Use VALUE to select
the parameter to be mod

When set to OFF that LFO is
not retrifggered, INF that LFO
is retriggered each note on
and 1 - 8 that is count of LFO
cycles after retriggering.
