The components are a quality product. They were
designed in accordance with current technical knowledge
and carefully built using a customary good material.
The warranty period is 24 months and begins at the time
of handover, which must be proven by receipt, invoice or
delivery note. Within the warranty period, all functional
defects of the components will be eliminated by our
customer service, which can be proven to be due to
material defects, despite careful handling in accordance
with our operating instructions.
The warranty is provided in such a way that defective
parts are repaired free of charge or replaced by flawless
parts at our discretion. Replaced parts become our
property. The repair or replacement of individual parts
does not extend the warranty period or create a new
warranty period for the individual components
set in motion. There is no separate warranty period
for installed spare parts. We do not warrant for
damage and defects to components or their parts
caused by excessive use, improper handling and
maintenance. This also applies if the operating
instructions are not followed and spare parts and
accessories are installed that are not listed in our
range. In the event of intervention or modifications to
components by persons who are not authorized by us
to do so, the warranty claim expires.
