12.2 Troubleshooting
NOTE
If faults occur which cannot be remedied by
reprogramming or by restoring the factory set-
tings, please contact your specialist retailer or
the technical hotline of SOMMER Antriebs- und
Funktechnik GmbH
► If the device is without function after con-
nection to the mains, check the polarity and
correct the connection if necessary, see "6.5
Electrical connection" on page 18.
► If the battery-operated version ENTRAcode+
AP
is suddenly without function, check whether
the battery charge is sucient and replace
the batteries if necessary. See "12.1 Replac-
ing the battery" on page 32.
► If the battery level is low, the green LED
blinks briey several times when the PIN has
been entered successfully.
