7.1 Explanation of the operating modes
NOTE
► The ENTRAcode+ can be operated in two dierent modes.
► If the ENTRAcode+ is to be used for only one application, it can be operated in the Standard mode set at the
factory
► If the ENTRAcode+ is to be used for more than one application, it must be switched to the Extended mode
before initial commissioning.
► To change the operating mode at a later point in time, the ENTRAcode+ must rst be reset to the factory
settings.
► On the battery-operated version
ENTRAcode+ AP, rst press the # key to wake the device from power-saving mode.
