5. When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom,
unplug it after use since the proximity of water
presents a hazard even when the hairdryer is
switched off:
For additional protection, the installation of a
residual current device (RCD) having a rated
residual operation current not exceeding 30mA is
advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the
bathroom. Ask your installer for advice.
6.This hair dryer if it can be tted on the wall then
it should be tted away and out of reach of persons
who are taking a bath or washing themselves.
7. This appliance can be used by children aged

HOW TO USE
The heat button selects the air temperature: cold,
hot or very hot
The speed button turns the hair dryer on or off and
selects the fan speed: low or high.
FIRST TIME USE
Important: During the rst minutes of using for the
rst time, you may note fumes and a slight smell. This
is normal and need not cause concern.
IONIC:
The ionic will output together with the air. With this
function, your hair will be more beautiful and softer.
OPERATION
1. Fully unwind the mains cable.
2. If required t on a nozzle or a diffuser.
3. Adjust to the desired heat setting and blowing
strength. The heat switch will work when the speed
switch is working.
4. Press the speed button to turn on the hair dryer
selecting the speed as required.
5. The thermostat will be in action to prevent dangerous
overheating when the motor has problem.
HINTS AND TIPS
1. Wash and condition hair as you would normally.
2. Ensure hands are dry and hair is not dripping wet.
3. Always blot hair dry with a towel to remove excess
moisture.
4. If desired, attach the Concentrator to the nozzle of the
hairdryer.
5. As a general guide use higher heat / speed settings
for initial drying, rough drying and thicker heavier hair.
Use lower settings for ner hair, to complete your
style and for more precise control.
6. Never put the hairdryer down on soft furnishings,
bedding or close to a wall or other surface. Never
cover the hairdryer.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Switch the hairdryer off, unplug from the mains
and allow to cool fully.
2. Wipe over the casing using a soft damp cloth (If
necessary a little washing up liquid may be used).
Do not immerse the unit in water or any other
liquid.
3. Remove and wash the concentrator in warm soapy
water.
4. Ensure all parts are dried thoroughly with a soft towel
before reusing.
5. Do not use harsh abrasives or cleaners.
6. This appliance is tted with a rear lter mesh. To
prevent ingress of hair, dust or uff and it MUST
be kept clean. Regularly clean the internal lter, by
twisting and removing the rear inlet grille. Withdraw
the lter and remove any build up of hair and dust.
7. If you have long hair or use high amounts of styling
products, clean the lter regularly i.e. at least once
a month.
8. Never attempt to clean the lter by inserting an
implement.
STORAGE
Ensure the hairdryer is completely cool and
dry. Do not wrap the supply cord around the
appliance. Store in original box in a cool, dry place.

calientes y no enrollarlo alrededor del
aparato.
7. No bloquear los oricios de aereación y no
colocar el aparato sobre supercies suaves,
como sofas o camas. Mantener los oricios
de aereación libres de impurezas y pelos.
8. No utilizar mientras esté estirado.
9. No introducir objetos en los oricios.
10. No utilizar al aire libre o en lugares
en los que se empleen productos
nebulizadores(espray) u oxígeno.
11. No utilizar empalmes.
12. No dirigir hacia los ojos o demás partes
sensibles del cuerpo el aire caliente.
13. Los accesorios se calientan durante el
uso. Esperar que se enfrien antes de
manejarlos.
14. No apoyar el aparato encima de una
supercie mientras está en funcionamiento.
15. Durante su uso, mantener el pelo lejos de
las tomas de aire.
16. Para una mayor protección, se aconseja
instalar un dispositivo de corriente residual
(RCD) con corriente nominal igual o menor
a 30 mA en la red eléctrica del baño. Acudir
a un electricista de conanza.

cord to be twisted, pulled, bent, or wrapped
around the dryer. If the cord is twisted, to
untwist the cord before use. When not in

safe, dry location, out of reach of children.
