Before the rst use, clean the blender according
to the section of “quick cleaning”.
Important: Blades are very sharp, handle with care.
Ensure that the hand-held blender is unplugged
from the power outlet before cleaning the blades.
Caution: Max operation duration must not exce-
ed 1 minute. Minimum 3 minute rest time must be
maintained between two continuous cycles.
1. Simply plug the hand-held blender to power outlet.
2. Peel or core the fruits or vegetables and then
cut them into small dices, put the food piece
into a cup or a bowl. Usually certain amount of
puried water has to be added to facilitate the
smooth running, the proportion of the food and
water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not
exceed the max capacity of cup.
3. Lower the hand-held blender into food and press
the speed button at the top of the motor unit.
4. To stop the hand-held blender, just release the
button at the top of the motor unit.
Turbo and variable speed function
This hand blender is made to work with 2 functions
and variable speed.
Normal function: To do any kind of normal function
we can use power button.
Turbo function: if we need to use the hand blender
in turbo function mode need to press Turbo button.
Variable speed function: this hand blender equip-
ped with speed knob with 12 variable speeds. With
the help of speed knob, we can change the speedat
any time and in any function mode.
8. Cleaning and maintenance
1. Unplug the appliance and wait for the blending
blade to stop completely.
2. Wash the blending shaft, without the use of
abrasive cleaner or detergents only rinse the
blade portion under tap water. After nishing
cleaning, place it upright so that any water
which may have got in can drain out. The shaft
can not be cleaned in dishwasher.
3. Wipe the housing of blender with a damp cloth.
Never immerse it in water for cleaning as an
electric shock may occur.
4. Dry thoroughly.
Caution: Blades are very sharp, handle with
care.
Quick cleaning
Between processing tasks, hold the hand-held
blender in the cup half lled with water and turn
on for a few seconds.
Storage
1. Store in a cool and dry place and out of reach of
Children.
2. Never keep the appliance stored with the cord and
plug connected to the electric socket.
