Before discarding an old appliance, switch off and disconnect it from the power supply.
INFORMATION FOR DISMANTLING
Do not dismantle the appliance in a way which is not shown in the user manual. The
appliance could not be dismantled by user. At the end of life, the appliance should not be
disposed of with household waste. Check with your Local Authority or retainer for recycling
advice.
The symbol on the product or on the documents accompanying the product indicates
that this appliance may not be treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to
the applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
It will then be recycled or dismantled to minimize impacts on the environment, electrical and
electronic products are potentially dangerous for the environment and human health due to
the presence of hazardous substances.
Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste
disposal. For more detailed information about treatment, recovery and recycling of this
product, please contact your local city office or local waste management office.
NOTE:
The following shows how to reduce total environmental impact (e.g. energy use) of the
cooking process).
(1) Install the rangehood in a proper place where there is efficient ventilation.
(2) Clean the rangehood regularly so as not to block the air flow.
(3) Remember to switch off the rangehood light after cooking.
(4) Remember to switch off the rangehood after cooking.
