3) Multizone shopping (not on FRI models)
This function must be activated at least 24 hours
before inserting room temperature items into
thefreezerorseveralhoursbeforeputtinginto
thefreezerpreviouslyfrozenitemsthathave
been subjected to a slight temperature rise.
This function is automatically deactivated
when the programmed time period is up.
It is possible to programme timed activation of
this function.
After a prolonged interruption of the electrical
power, it is necessary to reactivate the func-
tion. It is possible to program the function
with a delay of 1 to 24 hours.

This function (recommended in the event of an
extended absence, since it allows for consid-
erable energy savings) brings the Multizone
compartment temperature to - 18°C (46.4°F) if
thecompartmentissettoFreezermode,and
to +14°C (57.2°F) if the compartment is set to
Fridge mode.
It is possible to program the duration, or it can
be manually deactivated upon re-entry after a
period of absence. This function remains active
even if, during the period of absence, there is
an extended interruption of electrical power.
It is possible to programme a period from 1 to
90 days.
