5. Confirm the vehicle is in an area with good cell signal. The vehicle must be in
an area with a clear view of the sky and away from structures.
• Navigate to General Settings, System Information, Cellular Modem,
then RSSI. Any value above 0% should be enough cell signal to load
online searches.
• Try enabling traffic overlay on the map. If traffic overlay displays, cell
signal is good. If traffic overlays do not display, try another location.
6. Determine if the vehicle has GPS lock.
