If you encounter camera problems,
refer to this section.
(1) The battery power is low. Please replace the battery with a new one or
charge the battery.
(2) The battery is installed upside down. Please confirm whether the battery is
installed upside down.
(3) The battery insulation paper is not torn off.
1. The camera does not turn on after installing the battery
(1) The charging indicator light is not on, which means that the battery is not in
place or has poor contact. Please reinstall the battery until the indicator light
turns red (the indicator light turns off when the battery is fully charged).
(2) The charging indicator light is not on, which means that the charger is not
properly connected. Please check whether the charger is properly connected.
(3) The ambient temperature is below 10℃, which may cause slow charging or
failure to charge.
2. The battery does not charge
Tip: Do not press the camera buttons quickly when the camera is recording or
taking pictures. Under normal circumstances, the camera will display the
waiting icon.
(1) Pressing the camera buttons quickly may cause the camera to freeze.
After freezing, unplug the battery and restart it.
3. The camera freezes
(1) Please check whether the memory card is TF card (Class10), and the
maximum size is not more than 256GB.
(2) Please check whether the memory card is inserted upside down.
(3) When using the memory card on the camera for the first time, it is
recommended to format it first.
4. Memory card cannot be recognized
