– HEATING RETURN SENSOR FAULT “ALL
30” (fig. 23/24)
When the heating return sensor (SR) is
open or shorted, the display shows fault
ALL 30. The boiler will continue its nor-
mal operation during this fault.
– CASCADE DELIVERY SENSOR FAULT
“ALL 31” (fig. 23/25)
When the cascade delivery sensor (SMC)
is open or shorted, the display shows
fault ALL 31. The boiler will continue its
normal operation during this fault.
– THREE ZONE CONFIGURATION FAULT
“ALL 32” (fig. 23/26)
When insufficient RS-485 boards are
connected or at least one of them is not
a mixed zone board, the boiler turns off
and the display shows fault ALL 32. The
boiler starts again when the 3 zone sys-
tem is configured properly.
– RS-485 MODBUS MODE COMMUNICA-
TIONS FAULT “ALL 33” (fig. 23/27)
When PAR 16 is not set to “- -” and
there are no communications between
the boiler board and the RS-485 board
in MODBUS mode for at least four min-
utes, the boiler shuts down and the
display shows fault ALL 33.
The boiler starts again when commu-
nications are restored or when PAR 16
is set to “- -”.
– RS-485 CASCADE MODE COMMUNICA-
TIONS FAULT “ALL 34” (fig. 23/28)
When PAR 15 is not set to “- -” and there
are no communications between the
boiler board and the RS-485 board in
CASCADE mode, the boiler shuts down
and the display shows fault ALL 34. The
boiler starts again when communica-
tions are restored or when PAR 15 is set
to “- -”.
– COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN RS-485
BOARDS FAULT “ALL 35” (fig. 23/29)
When PAR 15 is not set to “- -” and there
are no communications between at least
two RS-485 boards, the boiler shuts
down and the display shows fault ALL 35.
The boiler starts again when communi-
cations are restored or when PAR 15 is
set to “- -”.
WARNING: If connected in sequence/cas-
cade, the display of the SIME HOME re-
mote control shows fault codes 70 and 71:
- ALARM 70
When a malfunction blocks operation of
the cascade (cascade delivery sensor
ALL 31), the display of the SIME HOME
remote control shows alarm 70. Check
the problem with the cascade.
- ALARM 71
When one of the modules malfunctions
and the other modules continue running
(to the extent permitted), the display of
the SIME HOME remote control shows
alarm 71. Check the problem with the
cascade.
