Fault Possible cause Remedy
The Bluetooth
®
connection cannot be
established.
The device is not visible
in the Bluetooth
®
menu.
Disconnect the currently connected
playback device.
Press the / PAIR button
for 2 seconds to stop the current
Bluetooth
®
connection. The device
is now ready to be paired with another
Bluetooth
®
device.
The remote control
does not work.
The remote control is
pointing the wrong way.
Point the remote control towards the
infrared sensor
on the front of the
device.
The distance between
the remote control and
the device is too great.
Move the remote control closer to
the device.
The batteries in the
remote control are empty.
Replace the batteries.

♦ Clean the surfaces of the device with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use
a slightly damp cloth with a mild detergent.
