Part Cleaning
Product
1. Remove any dirt that is stuck on the product with a brush or a plastic scraper.
2. Wipe the housing, the guide rail [9] and the heating elements with a moist cloth.
If necessary, put a little mild detergent on the cloth. Wipe off with clear water.
3. After cleaning: Dry all parts properly.
Accessories
INFO: The griddle [2] and the spatulas [] can be cleaned in the dish-
washer. Do not jam the spatulas in the dishwasher. Use the upper basket in the
dishwasher if possible.
1. Clean the griddle[2], the spatulas[] and the pans[] in warm soapy water.
Rinse the parts with clear water.
2. After cleaning: Dry all parts properly.

o Do not immerse the hot stone griddle [1] in water or other liquids. Otherwise,
the stone griddle may crack and break.
o Clean the stone griddle[1] as soon as it has cooled down to ambient
temperature. This makes food residues easier to remove.
o If required, use a soft, non-abrasive sponge to clean the stone griddle[1].
o The stone griddle[1] takes longer to dry.
o If discoloured, the stone griddle[1] may first be cleaned with fine sandpaper,
and then with a brush.
o Do not use any chemical substances or detergents as the stone griddle[1] will
absorb them and affect the taste of the food during the next cooking.
1. Use a sponge to wipe the stone griddle[1] with warm soapy water. Rinse the
stone griddle with clear water.
2. After cleaning: Dry the stone griddle[1] properly.
Storage
1. Before storage: Clean the product and all
accessories.
2. Store the empty pans[] inside the product.
3. Wind up the mains cord[8] onto the mains
cord storage[7] (Fig.A).
4. Store the product in the original packaging
when it is not in use.
5. Store the product at a dry location out of the
reach of children.
Disposal
Packaging:
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable
materials, which you may dispose of at local
recycling facilities.
