Charging a mobile device is not possible.
• The charging function only works when the speaker is switched on. Check whether the speaker is
switched on.
• The battery of the speaker is empty. Charge the speaker’s battery and then try charging the
mobile device again.
• Check the cable connection between the speaker and the mobile device.
• The charging current of the mobile device is too low or too high. Unfortunately, charging will no
longer be possible in this case.
11. Cleaning
• Do not allow moisture to enter the speaker or the connection socket. Keep the device cover (12)
closed during cleaning.
• Clean the speaker with a slightly damp, soft cloth only.
• Do not use abrasive, scouring or solvent-based cleaning agents. The surfaces of the speaker can
be irreparably damaged.
12. Storing the device when not in use
Store the speaker in a dry, clean location away from direct sunlight. Recharge the integrated battery
from time to time to extend its service life.
