14. Dough kneading
With this device you can process up to a maximum of 500 g
flour for heavy doughs and 600 g flour for light doughs.
The program is only operated with the blade assembly19.
14.1 General program information
- Preset time: 45 seconds (adjustable)
- Maximum time: 2 minutes
- Preset temperature: 0 °C (fixed)
- Preset speed: 4 (fixed)
- Clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation: is controlled by the
program
14.2 Starting the program
1. Fill food into the blender jug5.
2. Close the blender jug5 with the lid24.
3. The device is switched on and shows the start menu.
4. Press the button to enter the automatic programs
menu and then the KNEADING44 and ---> buttons.
The values for the program appear in the three dis-
play dials.
NOTE: you can change the values for the time. Tap the
time display dial and make the setting.
5. Press the
X 35 button. The program is started. The
time set is counted down on the touchscreen8. The
program automatically controls the anti-clockwise/
clockwise rotation.
6. After the set time has elapsed, a short signal sounds,
the LED ring10 around the control dial9 is lit green
and the touchscreen8 shows the output values of the
program again.
7. Press the on/off switch7 to switch off the device or
move to the next step in the recipe.
14.3 Pause and end
• To stop a program which is running, press:
- II: the time is no longer counted down.
- End pause by pressing
X 35.
• To end a program which is running, press
- the button 37. The display dials once again
show the presetting of the program.
- Press the button to enter the automatic programs
menu.
15. Browning
With this program, you can slightly brown up to 500 g
meat, fish, vegetables, e.g. to release roasting flavours.
Large pieces must first be cut up into chunks.
15.1 General program information
- Preset time: 7 minutes (adjustable)
- Maximum time: 14 minutes
- Preset temperature: 130 °C (adjustable)
- Preset speed: 1 (fixed)
- Clockwise/anti-clockwise rotation: is controlled by the
program
15.2 Starting the program
1. Put some fat (e.g. oil) into the blender jug5.
2. Fill food into the blender jug5.
3. Close the blender jug5 with the lid24.
4. The device is switched on and shows the start menu.
5. Press the button to enter the automatic programs
menu and then the ROASTING42 and ---> buttons.
The values for the program appear in the three dis-
play dials.
NOTE: you can change the values for time and tempera-
ture. Tap the corresponding display dial and adjust with
the control dial.
