12.2 The start menu
This menu appears after switching on the “Monsieur Cuisine connect”. In this
menu, you set the values for the time, speed, anti-clockwise rotation and the de-
sired temperature. You can also select the scale and start turbo.

28 Select the automatic programs menu (KNEADING, STEAMING, ROASTING)
29 Set and display time (1 second to 99 minutes)
30 Set the speed // Displays for
- speed: 1 - 10
- Turbo: turbo appears in the display

- Use of the mixing unit forbidden:
- Scale: the weight in grams from 0 to 5,000 g and Tara
31 Select CookingPilot (recipes for guided cooking)
32 Set target temperature and display actual/target temperature (temperature: 37 °C - 130 °C)
33 Select the settings menu
34 Activate scale - display up to 5,000 g with tare function
35 Start the function or the program
Pause active. Press the button to restart the process
36 Anti-clockwise rotation or clockwise rotation (blade) set
37 Stop running function and display the presets
38 Turbo button; must remain pressed, immediately starts the highest speed (if possible)
